I’m Elisabeth and I’ve got over 20 years experience buying, renovating and selling properties in Provence.

How it works
1.Define your brief

We start by having a chat so I can understand your ideal home based on your desired style, location, lifestyle, budget and what’s achievable in today’s market.

2. Search and shortlist

I research the entire market, pre-screen listings, visit the properties and only present the most relevant options.

3. Due diligence

I dig deeper to uncover potential issues and provide a detailed valuation and market insight so you’re fully informed.

4. Negotiate and secure

I develop a negotiation strategy, handle all communications, and work to secure the best deal for you.

5. Complete and settle in

I guide you through the legal process up to the final purchase and can help with post purchase advice.

Fees and transparency
I’ll always be clear about how fees work before we begin.

In many cases, my fee is covered by the estate agent, and you won’t pay anything extra beyond the asking price.


In areas where agents don’t share commissions, a separate fee may be agreed directly with you.


Regardless of the structure, you’ll always receive a clear, written agreement upfront outlining the scope of the search and any commission payable with no surprises and no hidden costs. You only pay once a successful purchase is made.
About me
I grew up in Avignon, before moving up to Paris for work. 20 years ago, I decided to return to my hometown after viewing a property in the centre of Avignon, renovating it completely, and enjoying turning it into a holiday home for my family. 




This was the first step in my second career of property development. Since then, I have bought, renovated and sold over 15 properties and buildings in Provence. I have gained trusted contacts in the area, from estate agents and bankers, to builders and contractors. I now apply this expertise and experience to work with clients and help them find their dream homes in Provence.
